1. In case of the Customers that are consumers, the Seller is liable for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Specific Conditions of Consumer Sale and the amendments of the Civil Code.
  2. In case the claim is made that the consumer goods do not conform with the contract, the Customer may demand bringing them into conformity with the contents of the contract by the repair that is free of charge or their replacement for new goods, unless the repair of replacement are impossible or require excessive costs.
  3. If - for the reasons stated in point 2 - the Customer cannot demand the said repair or replacement, or if the Seller is not able to satisfy such demand in the proper time, or if the repair or replacement causes significant inconveniences for the Customer, he has the right to demand the reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract. Notably, the Customer cannot withdraw from the Contract if the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the Contract is insignificant. When specifying the reasonable time of repair or replacement the type of the goods and the purpose for which they were bought are taken into account.
  4. Notification about the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract and the demand mentioned in point 2 may be lodged, among others, in writing to the following address: ADAMAR, Wola Dalsza 344a, 37-100 Łańcut and by e-mail to the address: zagano@zagano.com
  5. In order to lodge the demand the Customer can use the complaint form (Attachment no. 2 to this Terms and Conditions). The template may be downloaded using the reference link available in this section.
  6. The Seller responds to the Customer's demand not later that within 14-day period by sending a reply to the address given by the Customer, unless he specifies another way of sending a reply.
  7. If the Seller did not respond to the Customer's demand within 14-day period it is assumed that he considered it as justified.
